Gal Gadot, the actress who starred in the DC “Wonder Woman” and “Wonder Woman 1984” superhero films, and her husband, real estate developer Yaron Varsano, have listed their Malibu dream getaway — built in 1984 and recently renovated — for $8.75 million. Realtor.com first reported the news.
The couple, who share four daughters together — Alma, 14, May, 8, Daniella, 4, and Ori, 1 — also own a five-bedroom home in Beverly Hills.
This three-bedroom, three-bath aerie is 1,956 square feet.
Designed in neutral tones with natural materials, the glass-walled residence features midcentury-modern furniture and blends with the beach setting.
Nestled between Nobu and the Malibu Pier, the elegant condo comes with a gated entry, coveted parking spots and stunning ocean views.
Inside, there are skylights, a sunken living room with a fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows. The compact chef’s kitchen features custom cabinetry and a breakfast bar. There’s also a formal dining area. The main bedroom has a custom walk-in closet and an ensuite spa-like bath.
Gadot and Varsano bought the dwelling from Thai philanthropist and former Miss Universe, Bui Simon, who paid $850,000 for the property in 1994 — before her 2022 marriage to billionaire real estate developer and Indiana Pacers basketball team owner Herbert Simon.
