As a newcomer, DJ Reader is one of the largest players on a Giants roster that has been bulked up now that John Harbaugh is on the scene and running the show. As Reader acclimated to his new surroundings, his first glances, followed by more bu observations, convinced him that his eyes were not deceiving him.

“If you kind of look out there, we kind of got a get-off-the-bus type of team,” said Reader, who is listed as 6-foot-3 and 335 pounds.

It is a creative and common way to illustrate a visual image. When a team walks off the bus, what do the players look like and what impression do they make on the opponent? As in, “Holy smokes, look at the size of those guys,” prompting a sense of impending doom.
