Survivor is hitting a major milestone: its 50th season.
Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans premieres tonight, Feb. 25, with a supersized three-hour finale.
The new season is an all-star season, inviting 24 Survivor alumni to play the game once more. The group includes one of the original Season 1 castaways, Jenna Lewis-Dougherty; two players with four seasons under their belts, Oscar “Ozzy” Lusth; and Mike White, the three-time Emmy winning writer, director and creator of The White Lotus who competed on Survivor in 2018.
It’s also giving fans a say in what happens. Beginning last year, CBS opened fan voting on a number of topics, like what color the different tribal buffs would be and if the finale should be taped live.
Famous fans, including musicians Zac Brown and Billie Eilish, Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon, and social media personality MrBeast are also set to appear throughout the season as celebrity fans who may impact the game.

Tonight’s season premiere will be a special three-hour episode, but new episodes following tonight’s, which air weekly on Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET, will run for 90 minutes.
