D4vd suspected of murder in Celeste Rivas case, body was badly dismembered and stuffed in cadaver bag: explosive new docs reveal

Artist D4vd is being investigated for murder, according to newly unsealed court documents that reveal new, gruesome details surrounding the discovery of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas’ dismembered body.

A grand jury has launched a probe into 20-year-old star — whose legal name is David Anthony Burke — “wherein [Burke] may be involved in having committed … one count of murder,” according to documents first obtained by KPRC 2.

The documents confirm that Rivas had been dismembered before her “severely decomposed, dismembered body” was discovered in the trunk of D4vd’s Tesla, which had been abandoned and brought to a West Hollywood tow lot last September.

Rivas’ head and torso were inside a cadaver bag, along with a second cadaver bag containing several other body parts, the horrifying documents reveal.

Rivas was discovered on September 8th — the day after she would have turned 15.

The documents also reveal that D4vd’s father Dawud Burke had been called in to testify earlier this month.
