Napoleon Solo pulls ahead to win 2026 Preakness Stakes

There might not have been a Triple Crown at stake this year, but that didn’t make the 151st running of the Preakness Stakes any less exciting.

Napoleon Solo, which had 10-1 odds right before the race, won the race at Laurel Park in Maryland.

Taj Mahal, the 9/2 favorite, had the lead early on before Napoleon Solo took the lead ahead of the final stretch and held on.
