The phased move, starting on May 27, will mainly involve regional and low-cost carriers, including HK Express and AirAsia group airlines.
Terminal 2 was reconfigured under the airport’s three-runway system project.
The Airport Authority said 15 airlines, mainly operating regional routes, will relocate their check-in counters from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 in phases between May 27 and June 10.
