Video shows toddler escape rollover crash after mom’s high-speed chase: ‘Come right here baby’

Wild video shows the moment a little boy miraculously walked away from a rollover car wreck after his mom took Arkansas cops on a high-speed chase and flipped the vehicle on its hood.

Mom Thalia Jones, 23, refused to pull over for state troopers in the town of Joiner on May 2, according to authorities.

When one police vehicle tapped the rear of the car in a maneuver to disable the car, the vehicle careened off the highway and tumbled upside-down into a field, the footage, obtained by KATV, shows.

The P.I.T. maneuver sent the mom’s car careening off the highway, hitting a ditch on the side of the road and turning upside down in a nearby field, video shows. Arkansas State Police Harrowing video shows the immediate aftermath of the incident, with troopers demanding that the woman crawl out of the wreck with her hands up.

“My baby’s coming outside!” Jones yells to the troopers before coming out herself.

Her 3-year-old son appears unharmed as he runs out of the car and toward the troopers.

“You’re OK. Come. Come right here, baby,” the trooper tells the kid.

“My baby’s coming outside!” Thalia Jones yells to the troopers before the 3-year-old toddler comes out of the wreck, according to footage. Arkansas State Police Officers at the scene cuffed the mom soon after, chastising her for putting the kid’s life at risk.

“That was the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen. You could have killed your own child,” one trooper scolds.

Jones was charged with speeding, reckless driving, child endangerment, among other charges, cops said.
