Gwyneth Paltrow swears this serum gives her a ‘next-level glow’: ‘You really see results’

But Gwyneth Paltrow took her obsession with the skin care superhero ingredient a step further with Goop Beauty’s 20% Vitamin C+ Advanced Brightening Serum, a formula she recently redeveloped.

“You really see results on your skin — next-level glow, softness, smoothness — when you use this serum,” she said in a recent Goop story.

“People will ask you what you’re doing,” she added.

Her two-part system includes a serum activator to ensure the formula stays shelf-stable for a full three months — addressing a common issue seen in other vitamin C-based products.

Paltrow posted funny snaps with the bottle on Instagram. Instagram/@gwynethpaltrow Goop’s version is designed to brighten skin while improving firmness, tone, texture and hydration. It contains 20% L-ascorbic acid — the most potent form of topical vitamin C — plus ferulic acid to help stabilize it.

Paltrow recently posted on her personal Instagram account about the newly upgraded serum, calling it “radiance redefined.”

It seems it’s an early hit with shoppers, as Amazon’s sold over 100 bottles of the stuff in the last month alone. Both the newer and original formulas have great reviews, with people writing things like “blown away” and “love, love, love this product.”

“My skin is happy, glowy and I’m absolutely certain it’s because of this product,” another satisfied shopper added. “I am a huge fan and think the Goop products are fabulous.”
