Epic Dodgers brawl captured as fans hurl haymakers, flash gang signs midgame

The rivalry between the Giants and Dodgers is well-documented.

Barry Bonds vs. Eric Gagne. Yaisel Puig vs. Eric Hundley. Juan Marichal vs. Sandy Koufax.

From hit-by-pitches, benches clearing and haymakers being thrown, the rivalry between So Cal and Nor Cal is as heated as it gets.

Yet, the biggest and most consistent fights you’ll find come in the stands — and Tuesday’s showdown between the Dodgers and Giants at Chavez Ravine was no exception.

Captured on video that’s now gone viral, a brawl broke out in the upper section of Dodgers stadium as women exchanged blows in one of the more entertaining fights you’ll see in a stadium.

It’s unclear what started the fight but in the video, three women seated in a row above the others start throwing punches at a woman in the row in front of them. Two others seated on either side of the victim begin to fight back but it wasn’t enough as the women in the row above them reigned down punches.

View this post on Instagram Good samaritans appear to break up the fight, but then security arrives.

As the security guard escorts three attackers, one of brawlers turns towards the victims and begins throwing up gang signs, which ignited loud screaming from those watching.

Making matters worse, sitting two rows behind the alleged attackers was a woman holding her toddler. That’s never a good sign when the action at a baseball game is in the stands.
