Shawn Mendes was spotted with a bloody injury in Beverly Hills, California, on Tuesday, as seen in gruesome photos obtained by Page Six.
The singer, 27, held a stained towel over his left hand as he attempted to staunch the bleeding, which was visibly dripping down his arm.
The “There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back” performer, who was dressed casually in a black tee, jeans and flip flops, appeared calm as he headed to urgent care with girlfriend Bruna Marquezine.
The actress also cut a casual figure in a tan sweater set.
The songwriter was photographed later that same day, sporting bandages on both his thumb and middle finger.

Mendes’ rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The Grammy nominee last made headlines for an injury in 2018 when he fell off a scooter in Nashville, Tennessee.
He described the “very hard-core” accident to E! News the following day — and showed off his facial bruises.
“I wasn’t even going that fast, actually,” Mendes clarified. “I was going a little bit slow, then I turned around and something happened. I said, ‘I don’t want to break a wrist!’ So, I put my face into the ground.”
“I can still play guitar and I can still sing,” he quipped. “That’s what matters.”
At the time, Mendes was not publicly dating anyone after a brief romance with Hailey Bieber.
He went on to date Camilla Cabello on and off between 2019 and 2023, followed by rumored connections with Sabrina Carpenter, chiropractor Jocelyn Miranda and activist Helena Gualinga.
As for Marquezine, Mendes was first spotted with the 30-year-old in late 2025.
While the pair have yet to make their relationship Instagram-official, they continue to flaunt their PDA with grocery store outings, airport reunions and more.
