An exercising construction worker abs-olutely stole the show during a college baseball game on Monday.
Toward the end of the Cal Baptist vs. UCSB tilt at Caesar Uyesaka Stadium in Santa Barbara, cameras captured a crane operator getting in a quick workout at the top of his heavy duty machine.
The man – wearing a helmet, orange vest, jeans and boots — could be seen lifting his legs repeatedly in what looked like an effort to strengthen his core.

ESPN The scene unfolded toward the end of the Cal Baptist vs. UCSB game. ESPN With the game being a bit of a blowout in the top of the ninth inning (8-3 in Cal Baptist’s favor), the matchup’s broadcasters spent a few moments honing in on the unique sight.
“Yes,” one said. “Leg lifts.”
“That’s awesome,” another added.
The two then praised the guy for “taking advantage of your off time” while hitting 90 degrees on the exercise.
The crane and its operator were on scene as part of UCSB’s efforts to build more student housing on campus. And while the exercise break might have delayed progress on the project a few minutes, based on the tens of thousands of views and the hundreds of playful comments on the video, it doesn’t seem too many will have issues.
