Kim Kardashian and North West show off matching diamond grills for Mother’s Day

Kim Kardashian’s daughter North West, 12, showed off their matching diamond grills on Instagram in honor of Mother’s Day.

“happy mother’s day 🖤,” wrote West on the image.

Immediately following the image was a short video of the pair pointing to their iced-out smiles.

Kardashian posted a decidedly different Mother’s Day share on Instagram, writing “My babies!!! Thank you for choosing me to be your mom” along with a compilation video of sweet private moments with her growing family.

The pre-teen has made expensive sets of grills part of her go-to uniform, adding to her growing collection of dermal piercings.

The posted pics depict West’s “shark grills” from Johnny Dang & Co., made entirely of the crystal-clear stone, with each tooth coming to a point like those of the cartilaginous fish.

Since then, West has added to her collection, including a trio of solid gold sets — in white, turquoise and red.

Though it’s unclear when the photo and video were taken — with a Christmas tree in the background perhaps nodding to when North first showed off her set in December 2025 — it’s the first time Kardashian has been seen in the blinged-out accessory.

Kardashian has yet to wear her diamond grills in public, though this is not the first time the mom-of-four has tried on this particular category of jewelry.

Back in 2021, she showed off a set of bottom grills made of opals and diamonds, calling them her “birthstone grills,” honoring her October birthday.

Though many of North’s fashion choices have been widely criticized by the public, Kardashian addressed her hand (or lack thereof) in all of them on an episode of “Call Her Daddy” in October.

“You know, it makes her so happy. I would never take that creativity away from her.” Kardashian shared, adding, “I just think anyone that’s raising kids, especially four kids by myself, I’m doing the best that I can.”
