Jalen Brunson sat at the podium, not long after the Knicks were eliminated in the Eastern Conference finals, in Indiana and detailed how much had to go right just to get back to that same place before they could even think about overcoming that hurdle.

Well, the Knicks have made it back, finishing off their dominant series sweep of the 76ers on Sunday. It is now time to take that next step.
