A Buddhist temple in Seoul introduced South Korea’s first humanoid robot monk ahead of celebrations for Buddha’s birthday. The robot, named Gabi, bowed, prayed and pledged to devote itself to Buddhism during an ordination ceremony at Jogye Temple.
