The drunken DoorDash customer at the center of a viral TikTok video that showed him passed out half-naked on his couch said the now-criminal ordeal left him “humiliated” after it was viewed by more than 30 million people.
Delivery worker Olivia Henderson’s claim of sexual harassment morphed into felony charges against the 23-year-old woman after dueling narratives provided to police by her and the young man laid bare salacious allegations in the case.
Olivia Henderson was charged with two felony counts. LocalSYR Henderson, a former Fashion Institute of Technology student, was indicted last week by a grand jury after making a seemingly ordinary Wendy’s delivery to the victim’s Oswego home on Oct. 12, 2025, and snapping a shot of the order.
But instead, she encountered the blacked-out customer on his couch inside his home — with his pants and underwear around his ankles.
She posted video she took from just outside the door on TikTok, where it racked up millions of clicks, police said. The viral clip was later pulled.
The 27-year-old victim, in a deposition to a local officer obtained by The Post, said he was “drunk and apparently ordered DoorDash” to his apartment.
“I do not remember ordering it, but I must have fallen asleep on the couch afterward,” he stated on Oct. 23, 2025.
“While sleeping, I was naked from the waist down but still had my shirt on.”
The young man, whom The Post is not identifying, said when he awoke, he saw a photograph that indicated the grub was delivered, but also showed “me naked on the couch.”
“The image was not censored and I could see my genitals,” he said.
But his horror only grew a week later when he saw himself in a TikTok video “sleeping naked on the couch” that had nearly 30 million views, according to the court docs.
“This made me feel unsafe, humiliated, and upset. She also posted my first name and my house number,” he claimed.
“I did not give permission for any photo or video to be taken of me or posted online. I want all applicable charges pursued.”
She has pleaded not guilty. LocalSYR Henderson, who was booted from DoorDash, faces one count each of second-degree unlawful surveillance and first-degree dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image, felonies that could land her in prison for up to eight years.
Police said investigators determined “the male was incapacitated and unconscious on his couch due to alcohol consumption” when the video was shot outside his home.
Henderson insisted in a lengthy statement to police on Nov. 11, 2025, that she was the victim in the unsavory scenario, saying the door was open when she arrived to drop off the fast-food order.
She stated she saw the customer lying on the couch with his arm over his face so it was difficult to see his eyes, the police report states.
“He may have been sleeping, but I could not tell from outside,” she claimed.
“I observed that he was wearing a hoodie, but his pants and underwear were down around his ankles, leaving his genitals exposed. More specifically, I could see the tip of his penis from outside the residence.”
Henderson said she took a video of the drop-off – not a photo – that showed the man in the background. A video of each order better protects her against accusations that she did not deliver food, she said.
She claimed she reported the incident to police – and later ranted about it on TikTok – because she “did not want any other female delivery drivers to experience what I did.”
“Additionally, being a female delivery driver can be dangerous, and it is important to report these dangers,” she argued.
“The reason I felt unsafe was due to the potential of escalating behavior,” Henderson continued.
“More specifically, if he did this to me and caused me to feel this way, I thought he might do something worse to the next delivery driver.”
Henderson, whose social media footprint indicates she attended FIT, remains free without bail as the case continues.
