Read Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s full joint statement settling ‘It Ends With Us’ lawsuit

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni reached a settlement in their high-profile legal battle over the 2024 film “It Ends With Us” Monday.

The “Gossip Girl” actress first filed a sexual harassment complaint against the “Jane the Virgin” actor in December 2024, following that up with a formal lawsuit.

Baldoni, in turn, countersued both The New York Times and Lively, though both lawsuits were thrown out by a judge in June 2025.

Lively’s case against Baldoni suffered a blow when a judge threw out 10 of the 13 claims she levied against her “It Ends With Us” director and co-star last month.

The two stars were set to face off in court on May 18.
