Kylie Jenner’s BFF Stassie Karanikolaou shows off new butt in bikini after BBL reduction

Kylie Jenner’s BFF, Stassie Karanikolaou, showed off her new butt in a red bikini after she got a Brazilian butt lift (BBL) reduction.

According to photos obtained by Page Six, the influencer showed off her smaller backside as she enjoyed time at Miami Beach on April 29.

The beach outing comes nearly seven months after Karanikolaou, 28, revealed she was in a “surgery recovery center” following an “ass reduction.”

“I’m so comfortable eating chicken tenders and French fries. I just got my pain medicine, it just kicked in so I’m pretty comfortable,” she said in a TikTok video last October.

“From what I’ve seen, this ass looks nice, lifted and smaller,” Karanikolaou shared.

“I’m so excited to be healed and to feel more comfortable in my skin.”

The “Better Half” podcast co-host concluded her video by asking her followers to “be nice in the comments because I’m in pain and I’m just a girl.”

Karanikolaou previously confessed that she felt pressured to get a BBL at a young age. However, she expressed that she regretted the decision and wanted to reverse the change.

“It is something that I regret and that I’ve been actively trying to fix for so long,” she shared on her podcast in May 2025.

“I literally have another surgery like in a few weeks to try and reduce the size of it even more,” Karanikolaou added.

The social media star also explained that she was influenced by a “trend” when she underwent her BBL.

“I felt just the pressure of the world that we live in and the trend of the times,” she reflected.

Karanikolaou also warned her listeners: “Do not surgically alter your body for a trend at a time because just know that the trend is only going to be relevant for a little bit.”
