A 1‑year‑old boy has died after a relative accidentally ran him over in the driveway of their Texas home, authorities said.
The toddler was killed outside the Parker County home on Tuesday afternoon when a family member went off to try and move a vehicle due to an incoming storm, according to the Parker County Sheriff’s Office.
“Without the family’s knowledge, the child had also exited the residence and positioned himself near the vehicle but did so in a blind spot,” the sheriff’s office said.

He was rushed to the Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in Azle where he was pronounced dead.
