Victoria Beckham’s daughter Harper, 14, is quite her little mini-me — though she won’t be slipping into Posh Spice’s closet any time soon.
During the Time100 Summit in New York City last week, Victoria spoke about the style lessons she is passing along to her daughter.
“Will she inherit any of your Spice Girls looks?” asked Time’s Editorial Director Lucy Feldman, who led the talk.
“She loves fashion, she loves beauty, and I’m pretty sure she would love to get her hands on some of those Spice Girls costumes …” she trailed off.
Though she implied that her archive hasn’t yet been made available to Harper, there’s one look Victoria specifically mentioned as off-limits to her teen.
“Not the PVC catsuit just yet,” Victoria joked as she looked towards the audience, in reference to one of Posh Spice’s most iconic looks from the “Say You’ll Be There” music video.
“She’s 14, ok? So we’re going to wait for that.”
“She’s been sitting on my lap through product development meetings since she was a baby. I mean, she is as obsessed with product as I am,” Victoria shared.
Victoria began her eponymous fashion label in 2008, three years before Harper was born.
Alongside her dad, David, and brothers Brooklyn, Cruz, and Romeo, Harper has sat front row — typically next to Anna Wintour herself — at every single fashion show since she was a baby.
Though fans have yet to see the teen wearing anything from Victoria’s own wardrobe, she is often dressed by her stylish mom.
Partial to a silk slip dress, the teenager has amassed her own major archive of Victoria Beckham originals, all on her own.
