The Raiders — with Brady as a minority owner — might have finally figured out how to work the draft, beginning at pick No. 1 with Fernando Mendoza. And the only division (NFC East) where all four teams have a Lombardi Trophy saw all four deliver strong performances on draft weekend, perhaps setting the stage for a great playoff chase in the fall.
