Some elite talent remains available, as the 49ers are on the clock at No. 33 overall, the first pick of the second round, assuming no trades.
The best players available, according to ESPN’s Mel Kiper Jr., include cornerback Jermod McCoy, safety Emmanuel McNeil-Warren and wide receiver Denzel Boston, at the top three slots.
We’ve already seen some substantial odds movement early in the day Friday ahead of Round 2.
Texas A&M standout offensive lineman Chase Bisontis from Don Bosco Prep in Ramsey, N.J. opened as the betting favorite to be selected with this pick (+430, FanDuel) but has fallen to +500 odds, putting him behind Boston (+380, FanDuel).
Bisontis is a lukewarm +700 favorite to go No. 34 overall to the Cardinals, but that price suggests that it’s anyone’s guess who is getting picked at this time.
