Jets take tight end Kenyon Sadiq at No. 16 in 2026 NFL Draft

The Jets bolstered their defense with their first pick on Thursday night and then addressed their offense with their second pick.

The Jets selected Oregon tight end Kenyon Sadiq with the No. 16 overall pick, giving new offensive coordinator Frank Reich and quarterback Geno Smith a weapon.

Sadiq had 51 catches for 560 yards and eight touchdowns for the Ducks last season and was a second-team All-American. The 6-foot-3, 241-pounder ran a 4.39 40-yard dash.
