Knicks lose another heartbreaker to Hawks to fall into NBA playoffs hole

The Knicks couldn’t pull off a comeback of their own.

When the buzzer sounded at the end of game the Knicks were on the wrong side of a 109-108 score, falling into a 2-1 hole against the Hawks in their first-round series.

The Knicks trailed by one on the final possession in which Jalen Brunson turned it over.

They’ll have the chance to pull even in Game 4 on Saturday in Atlanta.
