People rehearse ahead of the NFL football draft, Wednesday, April 22, 2026, in Pittsburgh. AP Fernando Mendoza may project as close to a sure thing as it gets for the 2026 NFL Draft’s No. 1 overall pick, but the question marks begin thereafter.
