Sandra Bullock finally makes her Instagram debut with ‘Practical Magic 2’ tease

Sandra Bullock is blessing our feeds as Instagram’s newest user following years of evading social media.

The Oscar winner shared her first Instagram post on Tuesday, a clip of her pointing to a blender and making an icy beverage with the appliance turning on — like it was magic.

“Midnight somewhere…,” she captioned the video.

Many of Bullock’s celebrity friends welcomed her to the platform in the comments section, including her “Practical Magic” co-star Nicole Kidman. “I’ll have margaritas with you anytime 💕,” she reacted.

Pals like Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston also commented. “IG just got a lot better 😘,” the former wrote, while the latter added, “She’s here! ❤️😘.”

Many of her fans also joined in on the celebration, with one noting that the “Queen has arrived 🔥.” Another exclaimed that they’d “never felt such immense joy.”

The actress’ entry into social media comes as she gears up to promote “Practical Magic 2,” which is coming to theaters this September — 28 years after the first hit the big screen.

Bullock’s post holds significant meaning for fans of “Practical Magic,” as it is a callback to a memorable scene from the original film.

The scene in question features Bullock and Kidman’s characters, witchy sisters Sally and Gillian Owens, enjoying “midnight margaritas” with their aunts, played by Stockard Channing and Dianne Wiest.

Bullock and Kidman were on hand to tease what “Practical Magic 2” has in store for fans Tuesday at CinemaCon in Las Vegas, reports People.

“Why do we come here, Nicole?” Bullock asked, referencing her co-star’s iconic AMC ad. “We come to this place for magic,” Kidman replied.

“The witches are back!” Kidman said to applause from the audience, with Bullock joking in response, “Step on my line, that’s OK.”

The actresses then teased that the sequel will follow Sally (Bullock), whose daughters have grown up, and catch up with Gillian (Kidman), who is living a quiet life with her black cat.

Their lives are upended with the arrival of Lee Pace’s mysterious character, who brings a quest for the Owens sisters.

Joining the cast are Joey King, Maisie Williams, Xolo Maridueña, Solly McLeod and Pace. Channing and Wiest will reprise their roles as Frances “Franny” and Bridget “Jet” Owens.

“Practical Magic 2” hits theaters Sept. 18, 2026.
