PC Chris Johnson has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and former PC Danny Tomkins has been charged with dangerous driving following an investigation by the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
The 38-year-old woman's child died at the scene of the crash on the A20, near the junction with Kidbrooke Park in Kidbrooke on 17 October 2024. She later died in hospital.
Both men are due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on 28 May.
