‘Irresponsible’ member of medical staff posts videos showing patients’ medicine bags, hospital beds; forces bosses to apologise

The Tokyo-based woman, identified as “Zhaozhaozzz”, has around 21,000 followers on social media where she regularly shares content about her life and work. Her personal details remain unclear.
While working at the hospital, she filmed so-called “immersive Tokyo nurse vlog” videos with attention-grabbing titles.
In one video posted on December 13, she wrote: “A day of a Tokyo nurse: 16-hour extra long shifts with a monthly income of 20,000 yuan (US$3,000).”
In the clip, she documents her day starting at 4.36am, when she begins feeding patients via tubes, followed by organising night shift records at 5.05am.
Her morning routine included standard tasks such as preparing and dispensing medication, handling emergency cases and writing reports.
The video received nearly 1,500 likes and over 100 comments.
