Britney Spears’ youngest son, Jayden James Federline, was seen for the first time since his mom entered rehab.
In photos obtained by Page Six, the 19-year-old was spotted grabbing a smoothie from Erewhon in Los Angeles on Monday.
He wore a white tank top, Nike shorts and sneakers for the low-key outing.
On Sunday, a rep for the Princess of Pop confirmed to Page Six that she voluntarily checked herself into a treatment facility following her DUI arrest last month.
“This was her own choice,” we were told. “This isn’t about one substance in particular, it has a dual purpose….this is about Britney putting her mental health first and taking some time for herself to focus on the things that are important to her.”
“She’s dedicated to working on her health,” the source added. “This is something she really wants to do for herself. This was her own decision.”

According to our source, Spears’ whole family — including Jayden and her other son, Sean Preston, 20 — is supportive of the decision.
On March 4, Spears was taken into custody in Ventura, California, after authorities saw her swerving in and out of lanes. They also allegedly discovered an unknown substance inside her car during her arrest and she is believed to have been on a cocktail of alcohol and drugs.
Spears, 44, was released the following morning, per arrest records from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office, and is due back in court on May 4.
In the weeks following her arrest, she has been supported by both of her sons, despite being estranged from them in the past.
“Her sons are with her right now. They love her and want to support her and just want her to feel better,” an insider told Page Six.
Jayden was the first of the two sons to reconcile with their mom in 2024.
Sean initially rejected Spears’ attempts to reconnect with him, but her DUI arrest seemingly brought them closer together as Page Six hears her run-in with the law was a wake up call for the pop star.
“She’s devastated,” a source close to the pop princess exclusively told us, noting that the encounter “has scared the crap out of her.”
The insider also explained that the singer “knows what’s happened is very, very bad and has the potential to impact not just her life, but everyone around her, especially her boys.”
