“Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein has a warrant out for her arrest.
In an arrest warrant exclusively obtained by Page Six, the offense against Hochstein is “invasion of privacy.”
Her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, was arrested last month and faces one count of interception of wire, oral or electronic communications.
Hochstein faces the same charges, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.
“This matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court,” Jayne Weintraub, Hochstein’s lawyer, and Howard Srebnick and Frank Gaviria, Glidden’s lawyer tell Page Six.
According to the docs, between March 12 and March 31, 2023, the two “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepted, tried to intercept or tried to have someone else intercept “oral statements by Lisa’s ex-husband, Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein, and those Lenny spoke with.”
Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa after 12 years of marriage in May 2022, prompting a messy legal battle between the exes.
This is a developing story…
