Penthouse Pet was married to pornstar and involved in fatal car crash – before getting engaged to billionaire Eric Swalwell backer

The Penthouse model engaged to Billionaire Swalwell supporter Stephen Cloobeck, was previously married to a pornstar who slammed their Honda into a motorcyclist, killing him.

Adva Lavie and Edan Ives, who goes by “Big Nick” in the adult entertainment world, were in a 2017 grey Honda Civic when he “made an unsafe right turn into the path of Manoochehr Namdar’s motorcycle”, according to a lawsuit filed against Lavie and Ives.

The October 2022 incident occurred at the intersection of Hayvenhurst and Ventura in Encino, California, and led to Namdar sustaining severe injuries and dying, the papers say.

Ives was arrested on June 8, 2023, and charged with vehicular manslaughter. He was sentenced to 20 days in Los Angeles County jail and was on probation for a year.

The lawsuit was filed by Sam Namdar, the victim’s son who said he suffered “depression, emotional distress, loss of earning capacity, and other injuries” as a result of his father’s death.

Namdar was asking for a jury trial and damages. The case was dismissed but court documents show that the parties reached a settlement in April of 2024.

Lavie, who uses the alias Mia Ventura, posted a shot of Ives in January of 2021 and encouraged her followers to go to his OnlyFans page. ”Message him and ask him whatever you want,” she wrote.

It’s unclear when the two actually tied the knot but a joint petition for divorce was filed March 3 in Clark County, Nevada.

That’s after Cloobeck proposed to her on Valentines Day in front of A-list celebrities at a ritzy charity ball in Las Vegas.

Cloobeck, a timeshare mogul, has dropped more than $1 million backing Eric Swalwell’s candidacy for governor. He also received a $31,000 trip to France from the billionaire.

It now appears the pair has turned Cloobeck’s palatial estate — valued at $26 million and featuring six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a tennis court — into a war room-style command center.

Swalwell denied allegations of rape and sexual assault in a social media post that was filmed Friday at the Beverly Hills mansion of his eccentric billionaire benefactor, The Post has learned.

Prosecutors allege between 2023 and 2025, Lavie used dating apps to cultivate relationships with wealthy older men and younger women across Los Angeles County, including in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood.

The alleged honey trapper is charged with six felonies, including two counts of grand theft, two counts of burglary and two counts of unauthorized use of personal identifying information.
