Katy Perry pokes fun at Justin Bieber’s Coachella 2026 performance during Justin Trudeau date night

There was one less lonely girl at Coachella 2026 Saturday night.

Katy Perry watched Justin Bieber’s headlining set at the Indio, California, music festival over the weekend with her boyfriend, Justin Trudeau.

In an Instagram carousel documenting their date night, the “Dark Horse” singer poked fun at Bieber using YouTube for his performance.

“Thank God he has premium,” the Grammy nominee, 41, quipped from the audience. “I don’t want to see no ads.”

Bieber’s show, notably, divided fans as he primarily sat on a stool and scrolled through YouTube for versions of his earlier music to sing along to.

Perry’s slideshow included footage of Bieber performing “With You,” as well as a video of herself and Trudeau, 54, dancing to “Speed Demon.”

She referenced lyrics from the latter in the caption, writing, “heat checkin’ these chickens.”

Bieber aside, the social media upload included sweet snaps of Trudeau and his girlfriend holding hands and eating together.

Perry rocked denim shorts and black boots for the occasion, as well as a cropped white T-shirt reading, “Pls do not give me a rip off your vape no matter what I say.”

Trudeau, for his part, sported a white tee, jeans and sneakers, completing his casual look with a baseball cap.

The duo first sparked romance speculation in July 2025, the same month Perry and ex-fiancé Orlando Bloom confirmed rampant rumors they’d broken up.

The former couple now co-parent 5-year-old daughter Daisy.

Perry, who gives frequent glimpses of her and Trudeau’s relationship via Instagram, stepped out with her partner on on Friday for Netflix’s BEEF Season 2 Montecito Tastemaker.

The former Prime Minister of Canada has three children — Xavier, 18, Ella-Grace, 17, and Hadrien, 12 — with estranged wife Sophie Grégoire Trudeau.

The former couple separated in 2023 after 18 years of marriage.
