Kyle Van Noy reveals he hired private investigator to find his birth parents

During an appearance on the “Ross Tucker Podcast” earlier this week, Van Noy, who was adopted as an infant, revealed that he went to great lengths to uncover the truth about his biological parents, including hiring a private investigator to get more information.

“About four years ago, I hired a P.I. to find all that information out,” Van Noy said of the process of finding his birth family. “I won’t disclose everything. But, it was pretty cool to find out all that information.”

The two-time Super Bowl champion revealed that despite successfully finding out his biological mother and siblings, they have no clue that he has found them.

“I know I have siblings elsewhere, but they don’t know,” he added. “I kind of want to end up doing something with it, because they don’t know I know, but I know everything about their lives.”

Van Noy admitted that he is still on the fence about reaching out to his birth mother, noting the weight that can come with it.

“Once that door is open, you can’t close it,” he said.

Since being drafted by the Lions in 2014, Van Noy has blossomed into one of the league’s elite linebackers during his 12-year career, winning Super Bowls with the Patriots in 2016 and ’18.

Once the offseason began in early March, Van Noy shared a cryptic message on social media regarding his future in Baltimore.

Although his post read as a goodbye message to the Ravens, Van Noy showed some indication that he would like to remain with the squad.

“Last weekend being officially being a raven! Hopefully we can continue the relationship,” Van Noy posted to X.

“Good luck to all the fellas about to get paid and chin up chest out for those gettin fired! Cheers!”
