Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy roasted Rep. Eric Swalwell amid allegations he sexually assaulted staff members and for his alleged affair with a Chinese spy — suggesting the California gubernatorial candidate should be in prison.
“Wait is this the Fang Fang guy?” Portnoy wrote on Saturday, referencing suspected Chinese spy Christine “Fang Fang” Fang.
“At best he is a serial drunk scumbag cheater who has now been caught cheating with a Chinese spy he [sic] and with multiple staffers. What a guy!,” he continued.

The social media dunk comes one month after the creepy congressman suggested Portnoy “stick to Pizza,” instead of commenting on the Iran war.
Swalwell, who is the leading Democrat in the gubernatorial primary in California, has been accused of sexual assault by four women including one former staffer whose harrowing account is now being investigated by the Manhattan District Attorney.
That staffer claimed that after a night of drinking in New York with her former boss in April 2024, she woke up to him having sex with her in his hotel bed.
“I was pushing him off of me, saying no,” the woman told the outlet. “He didn’t stop.”

Another accuser said she also woke up naked next to him in a hotel following a drunken night out, while another claimed Swalwell sent her nudes on Snapchat after chatting about politics online.
Swalwell, who is married with three children, has denied the allegations, calling them “flat false” in a minute-long video posted to social media on Friday.
