A hot-headed Florida medical examiner was put on administrative leave after declaring that he can’t wait for President Trump to die in a venomous social media rant.
Dr. Bob Pflazgraf — the well-paid associate medical examiner with the Duval County Medical Examiner’s Office — posted on X that he is “looking forward to the big beautiful obituary,” seemingly referencing Trump’s “One Big Beautiful Bill Act.”
He was swiftly yanked from duty on Tuesday as the city launched a probe into the incident.
The viral post was made shortly after midnight Monday but ignited a social media firestorm when conservative account, Libs of TikTok, shared it the next day.
“Associated Medical Examiner Bob Pfalzgraf has been placed on administrative leave while we investigate the circumstances around the social media post,” a city spokesperson told The Post.
Pflazgraf has since made his X account private and told WOKV that he “will wait to see what the city has to say” before commenting on the situation.
He is reportedly the city’s second-highest earner, raking in a whopping $306,653.
The daft pathologist, who earned his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1984, has been with the Duval County Medical Examiner’s Office since 2020, the outlet reported.

Pflazgraf also landed in hot water in May 2021 when he was busted for allegedly driving under the influence in Fleming Island — an incident in which he threatened to “kill” another driver, according to an arrest report obtained by the Daily Mail.
The frenzied doctor also allegedly wailed “You know who I am?!” at the cop who pulled him over.
He eventually pleaded no contest and was hit with 12 months of probation, court records show.
Pflazgraf is currently licensed to practice medicine in Florida, Ohio and New Mexico, according to the Florida Department of Health.
His medical license is set to expire in January 2027.
