Make Page Six a Preferred Source 5 North West and Kim Kardashian took to social media to address the teenager’s controversial piercings. North West/TikTok North West and Kim Kardashian are clearing up some rumors about her appearance.
The mother-daughter duo took to a TikTok live to not only address people who think she dresses “demonic” but also set the record straight on her many piercings.
“Guys, these piercings are not real,” West, 13, shared, matter-of-factly.
Zooming in one a few of them, she poked fun at those who haven’t noticed. “I change them so much that you guys think it’s real.”
“Yeah, how do people think that they’re real? If they’re all different, all the time,” Kardashian joked, to which West added, “Like every day.”
When the Skims founder asked her eldest daughter which location was her favorite, the aspiring rapper said, “I love a bridge. I want a bridge so bad,” she said, referring to a horizontal piercing on the nose between the eyes.
“I’m not allowed to get a piercing until, like, you guys, we’ll see — but a bridge piercing, the scarring is so crazy,” she added. “It’s so crazy, but I don’t know. I might risk it when I’m older … And I really want cheeks.”
Kardashian, meanwhile, could be seen shaking her head “no” in the background. “We can glue on for now,” she stated.
The pair also addressed West’s fashion choices and the public’s statement that she dresses “demonic.”
“Oh no, I’m not demonic, guys. Stop saying I’m demonic. No, I’m not,” the teen said. “Just because I like to dress this way, don’t judge a book by its cover.”
“I don’t think people really get it,” Kardashian casually replied.
Kardashian has previously shared her struggles with criticism over West’s look — which includes blue hair and colorful grills — with Alex Cooper on “Call Her Daddy.”
“It’s really hard and it’s really interesting because all the kids are wearing the same things,” she explained, adding, “But then my daughter tries to wear it and then I’m like, ‘okay, we’re never wearing that again.’”
She said, “Unfortunately, we made that mistake in front of the whole world.”
