Britney Spears attempted to fly under the radar during a lunch outing in New York City on Thursday.
The “Toxic” singer, 44, was spotted covering her face with a scarf while dining at the restaurant RinTinTin.
The pop princess spent a little over an hour at the eatery, where eyewitnesses claimed she enjoyed three glasses of red wine.
Although it’s unclear what Spears ordered, her bodyguards were later seen carrying a brown paper bag out of the restaurant, suggesting she took some food to go.
The Grammy winner’s efforts to keep a low profile didn’t end once she left the establishment.
After climbing into the backseat of an awaiting vehicle, Spears was spotted smoking cigarettes while filming something on her cellphone. However, it’s unclear what she was recording.
A rep for Spears didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The outing comes just days after Spears admitted she was still “bitter” over her 13-year conservatorship in a lengthy, since-deleted Instagram post.
“I’m bitter, all the hours, seconds, time, and secretly, subconsciously knowing my capabilities as a woman,” she wrote alongside a video of herself modeling black lingerie.
Spears also claimed she was unable to travel freely or access her own money for years while under the court-ordered arrangement, which ended in November 2021.

The pop star’s latest outing also comes seven months after she was arrested for DUI in California.
In May, her attorney pleaded guilty on her behalf to a lesser charge of reckless driving involving alcohol, commonly known as a “wet reckless.”
Spears was subsequently sentenced to one year of informal probation and ordered to complete a three-month alcohol education program.
More recently, the “Gimme More” singer enjoyed some family time with her sons, Sean Preston, 21, and Jayden James, 19, during a trip to Dollywood in Tennessee earlier this month.
