The Los Angeles home of Sharon Osbourne and Ozzy Osbourne is back on the market, this time with a $17 million price tag and a more final tone following the heavy metal icon’s death last summer.
Tucked into Hancock Park, the early 20th-century estate had already flirted with a sale during the couple’s lifetime.
It debuted in 2022 at $18 million, saw a price cut and was ultimately withdrawn as the pair reconsidered relocating permanently to the UK, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Now, with Ozzy gone and Sharon dividing her time between Los Angeles and Britain, the listing has returned with renewed urgency.
The Osbournes acquired the property in 2015 for $11.85 million and spent years refining it. The result is a roughly 10,200-square-foot main residence on about half an acre, paired with a separate guesthouse.
The updates leaned into restoration rather than reinvention, preserving the home’s original architectural character while layering in high-end finishes.
A plush home theater stands out not just for its design but for its history, with signatures from past celebrity guests lining the space, a tradition inherited from a prior owner, radio host Frank Bresse, and maintained by the Osbournes.
Signatures of stars who visited the home include Elvis Presley, Natalie Wood and Mel Tormé, and appear above the fireplace.
Elsewhere, Sharon pushed for a kitchen redo after finding a previous renovation too contemporary, opting instead for something more in line with the home’s 1920s roots.
Outdoor upgrades include a redesigned pool and a European-imported fireplace anchoring the loggia.
The listing also lands in a neighborhood where top-tier deals have climbed into the low $20 million range in recent years, putting the Osbourne home squarely in the upper tier of Hancock Park offerings.
Ozzy, the former frontman of Black Sabbath, died in July 2025 after a final performance in England that raised funds for Parkinson’s-related causes. He was laid to rest at the family’s estate in Buckinghamshire.
