US president Donald Trump has criticised Australia for what he said was a lack of help during the ongoing war in Iran.
At a media conference, Trump continued to take a hard line against Iran, saying he believes the US military is doing “unbelievably well” in the Middle East while threatening that Iran could be “taken out in one night, and that night might be tomorrow night”.
He added that he remained frustrated with Nato, calling he bloc a “paper tiger” the US “didn’t need”.
“They haven’t helped at all,” he said, adding:
