Last week, I was having dinner at a restaurant bar when a senior couple from Montreal, made aware that I’m a NYC-based sportswriter, told me that they’re lifelong Giants and NFL fans.

Both knew their stuff, from Carl “Spider” Lockhart to Karl Nelson.

He added that his entire neighborhood of kids were and, as far he knows, remain Giants fans. Hmm. How did that happen?
