Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ suffered head injury after prison attack by Jamaican drug lord: report

Make Page Six a Preferred Source Sean “Diddy” Combs suffered a head injury after a Jamaican drug lord reportedly attacked the rapper for getting the inmates in trouble.

The “Act Bad” emcee got into a fight with a kingpin known as “Dudus” at the Fort Dix prison in New Jersey, TMZ reported.

The outlet reported that Combs, 56, and “Dudus” — whose real name is Christopher Coke — got into a physical altercation last Friday.

The Revolt co-founder subsequently suffered a severe head injury and was rushed to a local hospital to be seen.

Page Six previously reported that Combs’ injury was due to him hitting his head on a bed. However, the exact circumstances behind his injury were unclear.

Dudus and Combs were reportedly fighting because the former and other inmates are “pissed” that the rapper got exposed by NBC News for allegedly living a lavish life behind bars and using a contraband phone, drugs and alcohol.

Due to the exposé, at least two raids have been conducted at the prison and officials have confiscated cell phones from Dudus and other inmates.

TMZ reported that Dudus has been incarcerated since 2012 and is serving a 23-year sentence.

Dudus was reportedly placed in solitary confinement for two weeks of punishment after the altercation. Combs was already in the Special Housing Unit (SHU) for the NBC report and the outlet reported that the fight occurred when he was on his daily break.

In a statement to Page Six, Combs’ rep said they “have no way of independently verifying” the alleged fight.

“Our concern is for Sean’s health and well-being,” the spokesperson added.

Page Six has reached out to the Federal Bureau of Prisons for comment but did not immediately hear back.

The “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper was convicted on two counts of transportation for prostitution last July.

The dad of seven is slated to be released on March 2, 2028.
