Kim Zolciak has been ordered to complete therapy before she can see her and Kroy Biermann’s kids again.
Their four minor children will reside with Biermann from April 3 until the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum finishes four mandatory parent therapy sessions, per court documents obtained by TMZ on Friday.
According to the court order, the earliest Zolciak, 47, can be reunited with her kids — Kroy Jr., 14, Kash, 13, and 12-year-old twins Kaia and Kane — is April 13.
The new ruling comes just days after Biermann, 40, requested sole custody of the pair’s children over his ex’s alleged “mismanagement of basic parenting responsibilities.”
Biermann, 40, asked a judge to amend their joint custody arrangement, according to court records obtained by TMZ on Monday.
The retired football player also claimed the “Don’t Be Tardy” star has been out of the country for weeks, per the outlet.
He reportedly insisted that “the facts surrounding [Zolciak’s] misguided parenting of the children, lack thereof, and blatant mismanagement of basic parenting responsibilities would be practically unbelievable to anyone not familiar with the circumstances.”
Biermann then accused the reality star of committing “fraud and deceit” when they agreed upon their current joint custody arrangement and alleged that Zolciak only used her parenting time once between Feb. 26 and March 29.

According to the athlete’s complaint, one of their children was bitten by a dog when Zolciak was with the kids on March 9.
Despite the duo signing a temporary custody agreement early last month, Biermann argued that Zolciak wasn’t following the terms of their agreed-upon therapy, according to TMZ.
In a statement to Page Six, the Bravo vet slammed her ex’s request, telling us, “These accusations are completely false and nothing more than a deliberate attempt by Kroy to defame my character. I spent five weeks away working on two TV shows to support my family and make sure my children are cared for — something I will never apologize for.”She continued, “I refuse to be bullied or have lies twisted into a narrative about who I am. I will not stay silent; the truth is on my side, and it will come to light—no matter how hard anyone tries to bury it.”
However, Zolciak and Biermann’s bitter battle has been playing out for over two years, with Biermann previously filing for sole custody of their kids in August 2025.
He reportedly accused Zolciak of subjecting their children to “emotional and psychological abuse” in that filing, and claimed that his ex repeatedly left them alone without “proper parental guidance.”
Zolciak and Biermann first filed for divorce in May 2023 following 11 years of marriage.
The former flames briefly reconciled before Biermann refiled in August 2023.
Along with their four children, Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s two daughters from a previous relationship: Brielle, 29, and Ariana, 24.
Although Zolciak and Biermann were still living together in their Georgia mansion after splitting in 2023, they were forced to move out of the foreclosed property by US Marshals in April 2025.
Zolciak, meanwhile, is reportedly dating Atlanta-based entrepreneur Kyle Mowitz.
After the pair was romantically linked in March 2025, Biermann allegedly reached out to the businessman’s estranged wife, Jillian Green, to warn her that Zolciak would “financially … drain money from” Mowitz.
