First look at New York City’s tallest luxury residential tower on the iconic Fifth Avenue

The New York City skyline is about to change yet again, with the addition of a new luxury residential tower.

It’s going to be located along iconic Fifth Avenue, right in the heart of Manhattan.

The modern design of the tower is what will make 262 Fifth Ave. stand out as a newcomer to the luxury residential real estate space in the Big Apple. The building will have a host of amenities combining comfort and refined living.

The approximately 860-foot tower was developed by Five Points Development Group. The 52-story tower is designed by Meganom and features interiors by Norm Architects, marking the first New York project for both firms.

The building is being designed to maximize space, light, and privacy. There will be 26 full-floor and duplex residences.

Five Points Development Group has selected Nikki Field and Ben Pofcher from The Field Team at Sotheby’s International Realty to lead sales, along with Sotheby’s International Realty Development Advisors.

“Positioned on one of the world’s most iconic avenues, this project carries a level of prestige that deeply resonates with today’s selective buyers.

“What distinguishes this residence is not only its revolutionary architecture and engineering, but its intentional focus on wellness and longevity,” said Field.

“Every element has been thoughtfully designed to enhance quality of life, supporting well-being and long-term livability. This condominium is conceived not just for how we live today, but for how we aspire to live over time.”

Field and Pofcher are no strangers to selling high-end real estate in Manhattan. They were the lead agents at 111 West 57th St.

That building is the iconic Steinway Tower and address also known as Billionaires Row.

Field also famously sold Jeff Bezos three units for $80 million at 212 Fifth Ave. in 2019, just blocks from 262 Fifth Ave. She also brought the buyer to the penthouse at 140 Jane, listed at $87.5 million, and most recently, she represented the buyer for 105-107 Bank St., listed for $75 million.
