Make Page Six a Preferred Source “Days of Our Lives” actor Robert Kelker-Kelly died suddenly after suffering cardiac arrest at his Missouri home, according to law enforcement.

“A police report was completed, as is standard in all sudden death investigations,” a representative for the St. Peters Police Department told Page Six.

In a police report obtained by Page Six on Tuesday, Kelker-Kelly was found “unresponsive” in the bedroom.

“Robert was lying in bed on his back with his head facing east and his feet facing west. Robert was wearing a black tee shirt and grey boxers at the time of contact. The St. Charles County Ambulance District (SCCAD) arrived on scene and began providing medical attention for Robert who was unresponsive and not breathing,” the police report stated.

The soap opera star had complained about chest pain before becoming unresponsive at his St. Peters home on Oct. 3.

Police and emergency medical personnel responded to the residence around 8:16 p.m. local time after receiving a report of an unconscious man who was not breathing, according to TMZ.

Kyle Gaines, the division chief and public information officer for the St. Charles County Ambulance District, told Page Six, “First responders and paramedics responded to a call … for an adult male patient for a cardiac arrest.

“They were dispatched where paramedics and first responders provided advanced life-saving protocol techniques. Unfortunately, the patient was pronounced deceased on scene,” Gaines said.
