Sting extends Brooklyn Paramount residency. We found the cheapest tickets

Sting recently added two more shows to his Sting 3.0 Tour at the Brooklyn Paramount with his two-man backing band.

His now eight-show (!) stay at the lush downtown venue off the B, Q and R trains will go down on:

Wednesday, Nov. 117 p.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 187 p.m.Friday, Nov. 208 p.m.Saturday, Nov. 217 p.m.

If you’d like to be there, tickets are available for all eight Brooklyn shows as of today.

The lowest price we could find on inventory for any one gig at the Paramount was $262 including fees on Vivid Seats, at the time of publication (that’s for Nov. 20, by the way).

Other Big Apple shows with Sting 3.0 members Dominic Miller and Chris Maas have tickets starting anywhere from $267 to $871 including fees.

Should you make the trek to the standing-room only Brooklyn Paramount, you’ll likely be treated to approximately 20 songs at the concert of your choosing, based on our findings at Set List FM.

Records indicate past shows have included Police classics like “Message in a Bottle,” “Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic,” “Driven to Tears,” “Roxanne” and “Every Breath You Take” as well as stone cold solo classics “Fields of Gold,” “Fragile” and, of course, “Englishman in New York.”

“Despite having only three instruments onstage, the sound was full, with Miller and Maas handling the guitar and drum parts alongside Sting’s bass and vocals,” Broadway World wrote in a review of a recent concert in Vancouver.

“At 75, Sting still sounded comfortable performing songs he has played for decades, and his bass playing was especially fun to watch. Miller’s guitar work and Maas’s drumming were highlights in their own right, with all three musicians finding opportunities to show their individual strengths throughout the concert.”

Sting isn’t the only member of The Police on the road this year.

This fall, drummer Stewart Copeland is embarking on a spoken word run of his own that he’s dubbed ‘Have I Said Too Much – The Police, Hollywood, and Other Adventures.’

At all shows, the Rock Hall of Famer plans on delivering a 90-minute “evening of conversation with photos, videos, and a Q&A,” including details about his Police stint along with his work as a performer, musician, entertainer, and writer.

Already this year, the busy vocalist dropped the single “HASTA JESÚS TUVO UN MAL DÍA,” an expanded edition of his 1996 album “Mercury Falling” to celebrate the record’s 30th anniversary a reimagining of “Desert Rose” and a live album recorded in Amsterdam titled “The Night Watch: Live at the Rijksmuseum” where Sting performed classic tracks and oddities with a 17th century guitar in hand.

To hear for yourself, you can find all of Sting’s new music as well as his complete discography here.

As mentioned above, Sting will be joined by a pair of formidable musicians at all gigs. Here’s where you may have seen or heard both players before.
