Colorado sportsbooks want to provide you with offers for using their app. The majority of offers provided are bet-and-get, deposit match, or profit-boost bets. A bet-and-get offer provides users with a chance to wager a set amount and receive bonus funds no matter if the wager wins or loses. Deposit matches are offered at 100% or a fraction of the amount you deposit. For example, deposit $100, the sportsbook matches $100 in bonus funds. A profit boost bet typically doubles your odds. If you bet to win $20, a profit boost would give you $40. Since most of these are paid in bonus bets, check to see playthrough requirements because you cannot withdraw the funds immediately, and they will expire.
When the federal ban on sports betting was lifted, Colorado was among the first to act. They legalized sports betting on November 5th, 2019 with Proposition DD. May 1st 2020 marked the launch of both retail and mobile operations.
