The agreement, valued at approximately $11.2m (€10m) annually at full run rate, covers comprehensive blasting services for one of West Africa's largest gold mining operations.
Under the contract, EPC Mineex Sénégal will be responsible for the integrated blasting value chain for the wider Sabodala mining complex.
The agreement includes producing and delivering nearly 45,000t of explosives over the contract's duration to support extraction activities at the site.
EPC Mineex Sénégal's responsibilities will encompass explosives production and supply, operation and maintenance of the on-site emulsion manufacturing plant, raw material inventory management, and loading, initiation and blasting activities.
The contract further requires the company to provide specialised equipment, infrastructure and dedicated teams to support underground mining.
In addition, EPC Mineex Sénégal will build an emulsion manufacturing plant at the mine, provide two mobile explosives manufacturing units and deploy five automated smart process for underground repumping charging units designed for underground mining conditions.
EPC Mineex Sénégal managing director Rokhaya Sall said: "This new contract is a recognition of the commitment and professionalism of our teams in Senegal.
"It highlights the relevance of our integrated model, which combines technical expertise, operational excellence, innovation and close customer relationships.
"We are particularly proud to support Sabodala Gold Operations over the long term while contributing to the development of local skills and the creation of sustainable value for surrounding communities."
The company's engineers and technicians are expected to deliver post-blast analysis and optimisation services using software developed by EPC Groupe.
The services are intended to measure blast performance, improve operational efficiency and manage environmental impacts.
According to EPC Groupe, the contract is aligned with Senegal's objectives to increase local content in its mining industry.
The company said the agreement demonstrates its ability to mobilise technical and operational expertise to support mining projects across Africa.
In July this year, EPC Groupe received a contract to supply explosives and related services for the Boto gold mine in eastern Senegal.
