“The Valley” returns to Bravo tonight with familiar faces and some new cast members you’ve already seen elsewhere in the Bravo-verse.
It was announced during BravoCon 2025 that former “Vanderpump Rules” stars Tom Schwartz and Lala Kent would join their former co-stars Kristen Doute and Brittany Cartwright on “The Valley.”

Per Bravo, “‘The Valley’ crew is ready to reset the vibe as they navigate major life changes from babies and breakups to bold new beginnings, but the drama is never far behind. When the questionable behavior and unresolved tensions arise, it threatens to permanently pull the friend group apart.”
Here’s everything you need to know about “The Valley” Season 3, from the new cheftestants to where to watch it.
“The Valley” Season 3 premieres tonight, April 1, at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes will air weekly on Wednesdays at 8 p.m.
If you don’t have cable, you’ll need a live TV streaming service to stream “The Valley” live for free. One option we love is DIRECTV, which comes with five days free and starts at just $34.99/month, with plenty of subscription options that include Bravo including the discounted MyEntertainment Genre Pack.
Additionally, “The Valley” will not stream live on Peacock, but subscribers will be able to watch new episodes on Thursdays, the day after they air on cable.
Aside from Jax Taylor’s exit from the series, the entire main cast from Season 2 is set to return for Season 3, including Brittany Cartwright, Kristen Doute, Daniel Booko, Nia Sanchez, Jesse Lally, Michelle Sanei, Janet and Jason Caperna, Luke Broderick, Zack Wickham and Jasmine Goode.

Wickham’s partner Benji Quach and Lally’s girlfriend Lacy Nicole will be featured as “friends” of the cast alongside returning friend, Goode’s fiancée Melissa Carelli.
