Chocolatiers at Cadbury World have unveiled the world’s largest Cadbury Mini Egg, dubbed the “Mega Mini Egg,” just in time for Easter.
After the success of the world’s largest Cadbury Creme Egg last year, the chocolatiers were flooded with requests to create a giant version of the other beloved Easter delicacy, the Cadbury Mini Egg.
Chocolatiers Claire Fielding, Dawn Jenks and Donna Pitt handcrafted the Mega Mini Egg from start to finish over the course of just two days.
The “mini” egg stands at 27.5 inches tall and weighs 121 pounds — as much as an emu or an adult cheetah.
The Mega Mini Egg still has a signature spring-inspired look, finished with the iconic pastel pink sugar-coating crisp shell and speckles scattered across the surface.
Fielding said in a statement that they came up with the idea after the “amazing” reaction to last year’s gigantic Cadbury Creme Egg.
“We knew we had to craft something just as fantastic for 2026,” she said.
Since Cadbury Mini Eggs are another “absolute favorite and a British Easter staple,” they figured this was the next challenge to conquer.
“We took that instantly recognizable shell and chocolate center and scaled it up into a real showstopper,” Fielding said.

Fans can get their eyes on the oversized mini egg at Cadbury World in Bournville, a village in Birmingham, England, throughout the Easter holiday period in the Chocolate Making area starting March 30.
