Make California Post a Preferred Source Matthew Stafford shared a touching moment with his family just minutes before going to battle with the Bills on Monday night.
As the Rams superstar quarterback was getting ready to take on Buffalo in a key tilt at SoFi Stadium, he paused his warmups to say hello to his daughters and wife.
Stafford raced over to the sideline and kissed each one of his little ones, who were all wearing matching outfits with their dad’s No. 9 on them, before he locked lips with Kelly Stafford.
The whole Stafford crew then posed for a picture together.
Matthew then quickly ran off to join his teammates ahead of their matchup with the Bills.
The adorable scene has become a bit of a tradition for the Staffords — the signal-caller, his wife and their kids have made huge efforts over the last few years to touch base on the field before big games.
The family time appeared to provide a bit of a jolt for Stafford to start the game, as he threw for over 100 yards and a touchdown in the first half of the “Monday Night Football” clash.
