The most talked about and market moving research calls around Wall Street are now in one place. Here are today's research calls that investors need to know, as compiled by The Fly.Top 5 Upgrades:

BofA upgraded Salesforce (CRM) to Buy from Underperform with a price target of $285, up from $160. The firm's previous concern centered on AI-driven disintermediation, but conversations with CIOs and other market participants suggest that large enterprises are unlikely to replace platforms that house their business logic, data, workflows and compliance frameworks, the firm tells investors.

Raymond James upgraded Humana (HUM) to Outperform from Market Perform with a $520 price target. Humana's increase in 4-star-plus Medicare Advantage membership to 95% for 2027 from 41% in 2026 adds approximately $22 to 2027-28 EPS estimates, de-risking its longer-term earnings recovery, raising the 2028 EPS floor, and creating flexibility to invest in benefits and return capital to shareholders, the firm tells investors in a research note.

Raymond James upgraded T-Mobile (TMUS) to Outperform from Market Perform with a $170 price target ahead of the Q3 results. The firm believes the recent fears over competition form SpaceX (SPCX) are overblown.

Truist upgraded First Solar (FSLR) to Buy from Hold with a price target of $270, up from $229. The firm sees a stronger backdrop for the company's pricing into the 2030s.

JPMorgan upgraded Biogen (BIIB) to Overweight from Neutral with a price target of $300, up from $210. The firm sees an "increasingly compelling catalyst path" and an improved long-term growth outlook for Biogen.

Wells Fargo double downgraded Adobe (ADBE) to Underweight from Equal Weight with a price target of $225, down from $270. The firm says Q3 results were fairly muted and suggestive that more meaningful cracks are now starting to show in the Adobe growth profile.

Phillip Securities downgraded Microsoft (MSFT) to Neutral from Accumulate with a $515 price target. The firm adjusted ratings in the software space following the recent re-rating of the shares. Phillip Securities also cut Palo Alto Networks' (PANW) rating to Reduce from Neutral.

Barclays downgraded HubSpot (HUBS) to Equal Weight from Overweight with an unchanged price target of $240. While the firm remains constructive on the company's long-term opportunity, it now believes the timing will take longer than expected.

Barclays downgraded Monday.com (MNDY) to Equal Weight from Overweight with an unchanged price target of $100. The firm believes the company's AI monetization story is gaining traction but remains in the "early innings."

Deutsche Bank downgraded C.H. Robinson (CHRW) to Hold from Buy with a price target of $153, down from $220. The firm says the shares could remain range-bound in the near term as investors assess the company's significant increase in leverage from the RXO (RXO) acquisition.

Evercore ISI initiated coverage of Robinhood (HOOD) with an Outperform rating and $130 price target. Robinhood is "a very impressive company" that achieved a significant user and deposit base in a relatively short period of time, says the firm, whose positive thesis is rooted in the company's creation and monetization of a deep and growing product flywheel with world class UX that aims to be a "one stop shop" for financial services.

Deutsche Bank initiated coverage of Interactive Brokers (IBKR) with a Buy rating and $102 price target. The firm views Interactive as among the best-positioned brokerage platforms to benefit from the ongoing global shift toward self-directed and professional investing. Evercore ISI also initiated coverage of Interactive Brokers with an Outperform rating and $100 price target.

TD Cowen initiated coverage of TeraWulf (WULF) with a Buy rating and $21 price target. The firm believes the AI "boom" creates long-term upside to the stock's multiple.

KeyBanc initiated coverage of Idexx Laboratories (IDXX) with a Sector Weight rating and no price target as the firm sees a fair valuation at current levels. KeyBanc expects U.S. vet visits to remain soft for at least the next couple of years due to macro dynamics.

TD Cowen initiated coverage of Brown & Brown (BRO) with a Buy rating and $82 price target. The firm says property rate pressure is "masking" Brown & Brown's "durable" brokerage franchise.
